Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the RoyalMotors website collects, why, where it is stored and how you can control it. By sending a request with the consent box ticked, you agree to the processing of your data as described below.

Who processes your data

Your data is processed by RoyalMotors (“we”, “us”): we help people buy and import cars from US and Canadian auctions. To contact us about your personal data, use the phone number or email on our Contact page.

What data we collect

When you send a request (a callback, a lot order or a calculator estimate), we receive:

• your phone number — required so that we can call you back;
• your name and a convenient time to call — if you provide them;
• what you are interested in: the selected lot or the calculator settings;
• the address of the page you sent the request from, the site language, and the time of the request and of your consent;
• how you found the site: advertising campaign tags (UTM) and the referring website, if any.

We do not collect passport details, bank card numbers or copies of documents through the website.

Why we use it

• to contact you, answer your questions and find a car for you;
• to prepare a turnkey cost estimate and an offer for a specific lot;
• to understand which pages and advertising campaigns bring us customers, and to improve the website.

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.

Where the data is stored and who can see it

Requests are stored in the website database on our hosting provider’s servers. A notification about each new request (name, phone number, what you are interested in, page) is sent to our managers via Telegram, whose servers may be located outside Ukraine. Only our managers and website administrators have access to requests.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to process your request and support the purchase, but no longer than three years after our last contact with you. After that, we delete the data. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies: a session cookie (which remembers your filter and widget choices for up to four weeks, as well as the referral tags for your request) and a form security token. The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies from third-party services.

Spam protection

To protect the form from automated submissions, we briefly limit the number of requests from one IP address and for one phone number. We do not store your IP address with your request.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:

• know what data about you we process and receive a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete it;
• withdraw your consent — we will then stop processing and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it;
• object to the processing and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. Version of 24 October 2026.
